Friday, July 24th         See page for details -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------   Voorhees Theatre Company SUMMER CAMP. THEATER and TECH CAMPS.      PERFORMANCE CAMP and TECH CAMP are now FULL! To be added to the waiting list or for any other information please contact Karen@Voorheestheatre.org Theater camp consists of both educational and performance opportunities.  This summer we will be performing Dear Edwina, Jr.    It is a six week program for kids entering 3rd grade through 8th grade.  Tech camp consists of educational and technical opportunities.  Tech campers will be entering 7th grade through 10th grade.  They will also work on the sets and crew for GODSPELL, the teen show (show dates 8/13-8/15).  Hours:  9-3, Mon. - Thurs.  Camp begins Monday, June 29th through Thursday, August 6th (No camp July 4th).   Show dates are 8/5-8/8.                                                                  ######################################### We're looking for a few good volunteers — and ideas VTC’s Play Selection, Publicity and Fundraising committees seek your ideas and involvement. Email Robin Darrow about play selection or publicity; email Alison Hague about fundraising.     Student Board Members receive recognition for their service at the          2nd Annual Voorhees Theatre Company's Awards Ceremony. Scholarship      VTC provided $500 scholarships to three graduating seniors who plan to pursue                       post-high school education in a theatre arts-related field.         See the scholarship 2nd Annual Award's Ceremony tab for  details.                 24 HOUR    THEATRE            ‘09       Performance Theme:             FUN  AND             GAMES Our annual spring event – '24 Hour Theatre' took place April 24-25, '09. Teens races against time to create, script, produce and perform an original play in just one day.
