2009 Legislative Session - Success for Connecticut Self Storage Industry The DMV legislation to give self storage facility owners access to the titles of abandoned vehicles made its way through both the Senate and House and is now with Governor Rell for signature. CTSSA will begin working with the DMV on developing the process by which facility owners can obtain the titles. Process details will be distributed to CTSSA members as soon as they are finalized.
